How can we start with effective solutions on the Syrian front
To ensure the unity of Syria and its reconstruction, a national association must be established, consisting of intellectuals and honourable politicians.
This association should work to overcome sectarian divisions and promote justice and equality, adopting the slogan "Let’s begin a new chapter for the sake of Syria."
-
Mobilizing Domestic and International Popular Support
-
Utilize media and social media to gather public support.
-
Cooperate with international bodies and embassies to support the Syrian cause.
-
-
Comprehensive National Dialogue
A constructive dialogue should be initiated between all parties based on:-
Tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
-
Rejection of sectarianism and hatred.
-
Social awareness to reinforce the concept of citizenship.
-
-
Dialogue with the Liberation Front
Focus should be placed on:-
Abolishing sectarianism and adopting a civil state.
-
Conducting national and international reconciliation based on common interests.
-
Strengthening security and the rule of law with the participation of qualified Syrian cadres.
-
Creating a clear plan to activate the state's constitution with the participation of all segments of Syrian society.
-
Conducting fair elections under international supervision.
-
Selecting leadership with competence and integrity.
-
Reforming state institutions and developing the economy.
-
If dialogue with Hayat Tahrir al-Sham falters, it becomes crucial to unite the major forces in Syria, including the Kurds, the Free Syrian Army, Suwayda, the tribes, Daraa, and the coastal areas. This unity should aim to launch a peaceful, coordinated movement to either implement the proposed demands or transfer power to a temporary national transitional authority.
The authority must provide clear guarantees to accelerate the fulfilment of the people's demands, preventing any attempts at delay or manipulation. Simultaneously, opposition fronts should strengthen military coordination to ensure readiness to act when necessary, preserving the country's stability and preventing any uncalculated escalation.
